REI it is the universal vital energy, which is in everything, the soul, the spirit, the wisdom and knowledge of the whole universe.

KI it is the life energy that flows in each being. It is the vital force or the breath of life that lives in each one.

With the practice of REIKI we become one with the universe and we transmit that union through our hands, to bring harmony to people, animals, plants, places, situations, etc.
